Accessing funding for your project

Large project funding

Cow DairySA seeks and delivers a range of larger projects (>$10,000) to deliver significant RD&E outcomes for the SA dairy industry. Projects operate over 12 months or more, with funding being accessed from a wide range of organisations and agencies. Please contact DairySA to discuss your project idea.

Small project funding

DairySA annually allocates funds for small regional RD&E projects (<$10,000). Funding is allocated to projects based on priorities identified in the DairySA Strategic Plan. The DairySA board will assess projects at each board meeting. Due dates for applications can be obtained from the DairySA Executive Officer.

Dairy Discussion Group Facilitation funding

The DairySA Board supports on-going facilitation of dairy discussion groups. Facilitation funding is available for discussion groups of up to $2000 each year, with matching funds contributed by group participants. Individual discussion groups can nominate their own facilitator and can negotiate the fees charged by the facilitator.

Dairy Discussion Group Establishment funding

DairySA supports the development of new discussion groups. Funding up of to $500 per meeting is available for the first two meetings to employ a facilitator to assist the group.
